To apply for service, visit the office at 1801 Walnut Street, Higginsville, MO to complete the User Agreement.
If you are purchasing property, instead of a deposit, you will need to provide a copy of the recorded deed within 30 days of establishing service. If you do not provide the deed, a deposit will be applied to the account and can be refunded when the deed is received.
Deposits for renting property:
- Water Service only: $175.00
- Water and Trash Services: $200.00
- Water, Sewer, and Trash Services: $220.00
